I began my journey in the world of computing over a decade ago.

From the moment I realized how fascinating and challenging it was to solve computer issues,
I pursued professional training in the field.

Beyond certifications, I learned a lot through hands-on experience.

Like in any good education – I started small.
I began working at a local computer lab in the city where I lived,
determined to become not just skilled – but excellent.

In time, other technicians and labs started coming to me for help with their computers.
Even when there were no clear solutions – I’d find a way,
or at least offer proper guidance and advice.

I thrived there and was eventually promoted to manage the lab.
Years went by – and I moved on to new opportunities.

Today, I provide warranty services for new computers during the day,
and offer tech support for private and business clients based on their schedules.

I consider service, care, reliability, and professionalism to be my highest values.

I work in three ways – you get to choose two of them:
